● Healthy eating and a healthy life are the foundations, supplements only help and optimize processes, especially when it's hard to ingest the necessary amounts from food, and it often is for some vitamins/minerals. Supplements can be an investment with a very high return if used properly. For a relatively small monetary investment we improve our psychophysiological health, longevity, mood and mental abilities.
● All is based on a lot of scientific research, and most supplements are mentioned in multiple sources. There are no hormones nor hormonal therapies. We mentioned TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) in case testosterone levels are too low after all tested methods, but that must be done with a doctor.
